Canadian Babit Bearing Casting Machine

Designed a custom casting table system suitable for Zincaloy semi-continuous casting process with 15 ft. stroke and ±0.008” lateral deviation through the whole stroke. The power mechanism is chain and sprocket designed for Max 5000lb lifting load with Max speed 15 ft/min linear speed. All the connections into pre-casted J bolts and foundation design were done based on CSA Concrete Standard A23.3-04.
